Tomorrow is Dec 15'th
Still no announcement on Nato sale. Only one full week left before Christmas period. My hunch is with oil in free fall, none of the buyers is willing to pay anything close to what CUS needs to cover their debt and costs.

they said the sale will occur in the last half of Dec., still lots of time. Whether the oil price is $100 or $50 they still willl to ship it on rail

They did not say the sale will occur in the last half of Dec. They said bids will be submitted during that time and may or may not be acceptable.

Usually during the last 10 days of December, nothing happens because of the holidays. Dec 19 tomorrow and things are not looking good.
