The Arrangement Agreement provides for the payment by Canexus of a $25 million termination fee if the Arrangement Agreement is terminated in certain specified circumstances and for the payment by Superior of a reverse termination fee of $25 million if the Arrangement Agreement is terminated in certain specified circumstances.

much like all legalise speak , still ambivalent as to what will happen ,if no deal , a few more dots and t's to cross i guess

&25 million , would be nothing to sneaze at imo , and others are watching closely , aquisitions are in vogue right now...lots of cash floating around , doing nothing

Well, actually, if the deal fails because of regulatory issues there is no break fee. One side needs to disrupt the agreement to cause a payment.
