Two different planets

after reading the releases from cus and spb it seems they're on different planets.  Did they sign the same contracts? But good old Doug from cus seems to have giant brass b*lls and would probably make a good used car salesman.

from what i've read; spb didn't terminate the agreement, they just didn't extend it.

Great observation leo101. I still do not believe Doug's take on Canexus moving forward and more importantly, I believe that Canexus will be seeking CCAA protection. What you are seeing from Canexus is a broken management team still upset with Superior only because they did not receive their promised $6.6 million in Change of Control payments!  If Canexus really wants to move forward, ...more

leo101, I won't comment as it relates to the legal implications on the contracts as I really don't know what the result will be. What I will say, after following both companies for several years, is that the current SPB management has been consistantly good about delivering on what they say, estimating forward guidance and generally being transparent about the state of the company and ...more
