agreement termination cost

from spb webcast of investor day... the process is still in discovery at this time.. their legal counsel is looking at court timeframe (if it goes there) to 2018 into 2019...

Usually when there is a takeover from another company they like to have the slate clean before moving on... I doubt that Chemtrade would like to carryon with court if they get Cus  thus for those that want a higher bid from chem trade  take in consideration that a settlement maybe negotiated with spb in favor of spb as they have time on their side.... add those cost to the issued notes of 110 million when you total it I think there is more debt now than in oct 2015 even though there was a small profit made so far in 2016....

This is fun with matt and kherson it makes it like a soap opera with kherson giving his ideas good or bad and matt and alias bringing nothing except downing kherson continously,,,, I would like to thank the writers for this soap opera...may the show go on

Present Canexus shareholders take note when thinking about not tendering your shares to the Chemtrade ...more

Yes Matt is worse than Kherson. He brings nothing to the table.
