They did mention something about that years back, I think that was the ACB on the shares COP got and they mentioned they did not want to sell them for less. However four years later they might be open to a lower price.

So we need some CLAIRITY. CVE should give some GUIDANCE on this if COP does not. All just my opinion/view/thinking.

What exactly would cve comment on? CPP has the shares its completely up to them. I believe there was a time that CVE considered buying them back directly from COP, but with things as they are now. I can't see CVE proceeding with that.

It would be nice for CVE to say something to support the share price. I'm just looking for something more concrete to Eigen377 claim. It was a pretty significant claim. All just my opinion/view/thinking.
