Another frustrating day...

All the oil stocks on my watch list are green except CVE. WTF does it need to move like the others?That is my question?

CAD is up .84 cents hence the weakness on the Canadian side

At least we are making a move up this afternoon as some of the other plays are trending a little down at this point. None the less I'm still confused with these movements.
