Huge draw from inventory reported. Over 5 Million barrels. Summer hasn't even started yet. OPEC has little spare capacity...less than 2 million. SA has less than a million. We're heading for $150 oil and worse fuel prices due to lack of refining capacity. Turnarounds will start soon making the problem much worse. Buckle up!
