Looks like he is going to get sued IMO if the lawyers aren't at his door step already, ackman already picked up 2mm shares oppose to my 110 @ $185 and sold out at $164, a loss that I don't really care, as I intended to buy more of Cxr yesterday which I did, I am sooooo dam glad I did not pick 1k of Vrx at $184, ouch that would have hurt ( atlleast short term) was soooooo tempted to sell

Time to buy CXR but I wouldn't touch VRX with a 10 foot pole.  As sleazy as he is, I think he has raised some very valid concerns and VRX's response yesterday was weak IMHO.

Tend to agree. The old BVF biovale and we all know what happened there. Been there, done that. Never again. A 75 cdn target and I would not hold out any bets it would not get there or pretty close.  Far different story here as CXR Tuesday-THURSDAY trading area.
