CVS Health drops Philidor

May weigh on share price sentiment, but will this not benefit CXR? One less competitor for drugs (if they are selling competitive brands to CVS) and less competition for minor acquisitions?

The two largest pharmacy-benefit managers said theyre moving to terminate Philidor RX Services, the mail-order pharmacy thats a partner of drugmaker Valeant Pharmaceuticals International Inc., from their networks. Express Scripts Holding Co., the nations largest manager of prescription drug benefits, said in a statement that its in the process of terminating the Philidor pharmacy from our network. ...more
