Yeah, except for one thing the author wrote: "According to the companies, if this deal (AMCo were to go through,"     Sometimes Motley Fool "articles" seem more like click bait to get your information.

I feel Investor Day will be huge. Right now and inbetween Mr T will be back and forth to Merry England. I firmly believe, there are going to be 10 or so new products, in the near future. This is going to be news that nobody calculating EPS can antisipate or forecast for that matter. Not just the new wing in Europe, but also back at home. I think that the article is poorly written (as usual for this website). Concordia does not follow the same pricing practices as Valentines, April to Sept is NOT nearly a full year, the AMCo deal HAS gone thru, and Mark Thompson has indicated that management is not interesting in issuing shares to pay down debt, but rather to reduce debt to a reasonable level from cash flows from operations.
