NOTWRONG, I will repeat. Where do you think CXR will be if they report good earnings and show that the debt is going down and under control? I guess you are scared to give me an answer?

Answer is simple. Right now the market for roll up growth companies like CXR is extremely negative. The situation at Valient has exacerbated the problem and many hedge funds have what is called paired trades. That is short both at the same time or go long at the same time. This tactic has been extremely profitable for the last year. The upcomming earnings for CXR could unraavel the paired trades ...more

Nothing about the acquisition of AMCo would be considered a roll-up strategy really? AMCo stands on its own but both companies will benefit from synergies between them, imo/

With a pairs trade you don't short both or buy both at the same time, you short one and buy the other.
