All you have to do is put me on ignore.
I would appreciate it.

FDFD.... You need to put yourself on ignore as your flipflopping isn't helping anyone , especially your blood pressure. You need to let MT do the job he is paid handsomely to do .

No Flopping at all. We need this deal to be done and we need to move on. We have all had enough of this flip flopping price. You can see on this board, everyone has had enough and wants it sold at $55CAN.

fdfd12 - The folks on this board are not representative of the majority of the long-term shareholders. They bought fairly recently and are looking to turn a quick profit. Who cares what they think? Concordia is worth way more than $55 CAN. You should know that by now. GL

Yes and anything under that price would not be agreed by the board or it would trigger dozens of lawsuits.

Cinven has no choice but to accept the 58 cad offer or remain underwater for few more years. There is no gurantee that they would get to that 85 cad price tag even in three years. I think they would take this offer given the political situation and/or sector performance.

Let me educate you a little here. Cinven acquired Amdipharm and Mercury in 2012 and merged them into AmCo. They built it on a period of 3 years until the sell to CXR in 2015. That, my dear, is patience at work. Now you're here telling me that, god forbid, they have no choice but to liquidate their holdings under this short-term pressure ? What planet are you from ? This board...

CN-- your opinion is worthless to me and most of others, if not all. So stop being pretended to be important. You are none, the other guy. I'm quite sure I know the story better than you, as your rant seems as confusing as ever. Cinven may well be a part of this financing with GS, so still will be part of co with private consortiums. Please use some brains and stop your non-sesse rant.

Yeah that was a really weird one. Sure, let the world know you have insider info then say you don't trade on it. As if it were moral to tell the world priviledged info as long as you don't trade on it. What kind of nonsense is this ? This board...

Someone please tell CNInvesting that stock market is forward looking, by a year or two when it comes to BO, but BO never happens at the market price. hopefully, he is learning though!

Let me ask you, CNInvesting, ever heard of TTM PE and Forward PE? I'm sure you moron did not. Go play some paper account first b4 investing in CXR. You definitely need attention from someone to teach you a thing or two.

FYI the Willy message was meant for Craigbad, not me. Also, I know those metrics very well. I suggest you do some calculating of your own and see if those numbers add up with a price of 50$ CAD.

CNInvesting..I never said 50 cad would make sense. Please see my previosu posts. But with 58 cad, it may be wise to close a deal at this point with so many bad news and political pressures. Every1 knows that healing would take a much longer time. Too much damage is done.

It doesn't really matter what anyone thinks. They stated the offer is from $50-58 which is a nice gain from where it is. Many will gladly take it.

Refering to the last two lines of your post, if this is the situation, you dont get institutional investors to invest, but only traders/speculators trading this stocks. Not healthy by any means.
