Comment by portuga68 on Jun 06, 2016 1:24pm
checked bnn site they haven't posted. I was watching tv when she metioned cxr and the deal with Apollo and the only snag was this brexit vote thats holding up the final price. I guess this ride will be over soon.

If she knows more than we do then it's insider information and it's illegal. This doesn't make any sense and it's just all speculation.

why is the top link a term sheet? yet the link doesn't work? https://ca.finance.yahoo.com/q?s=CXR.TO
Comment by visionaryfool on Jun 06, 2016 1:42pm
It does work. Term Sheet is the name of the summary for Fortune. Its not the actual term sheet.... of.. the... deal. The link only says that APO is in the running... rehash of whats already been reported. I REALLY hope its $55US and not CAD...

Its only insider info if she profits from it shes just reporting what her sources said and we wont know for sure until the company announces as fact until then anything can happen
Comment by GoldBug024 on Jun 06, 2016 1:28pm
either price im at a profit thanos to averaging... 50 or 58
Comment by adamchess on Jun 06, 2016 4:41pm
$58 CAN for CXR is total nonsense, imo.  $65 USD should be the starting point for any buyout. GL
Comment by Craigbad on Jun 06, 2016 4:47pm
I'll take $50 at this point and be happy. I didn't think they actually would get a deal, but the fact Bnn had a number range and an expected date gives me a bit of confidence. A 50% premium in a month is a win with all the nonsense in the UK going on.

Me too... Agree.... $48-$50 is a fair deal.... Be happy to take it....

You agree $48-$50 is a fair deal based on what? 10x EBITDA would put us around $85CDN a share. 9x EBITDA would be about $75CDN a share 8x EBITDA would be about $68CDN a share So you are saying a fair deal would be in the 5.5X EBITDA range? That would be pure robbery of us shareholders. No way any large holders would go for that.
