Eff the class actions.

only for the fat azz Americans and only the ones that put 100k. I hope it ends badly for everyone involved with the company and in the class actions. Have a great weekend!

I think this class action covers everybody that bought shares on the NYSE between the class dates (Nov to Aug). Doesn't matter how many shares you purchased. I'm pretty sure we'll see a claim filed for shareholders that purchased on the TSX too.

luckypower can be part of lawsuit, shares got to be bought.....class action dates are for shares to be bought between nov 12 2015 and aug 12 2016 inclusive.....so luckypower may get some monies back...as long as shares are held until if lawsuits go thru and are won by investors?  by then how much cxr going to dip or rise? with 100 odd shares left, i dont care one way or another.  really ...more

You don't need to continue to hold your shares to be eligible for the class action. That has no bearing at all. Most probably have sold.
