That's all pre Aug dump which was actually headed by the CEO selling shares!!!  WOW Point72 had 5.76% of the company pre-missed guidance.  I'd love to see what Cohen is doing because he's no dummy.  He's probably going "WOW, wasn't expecting that"! The level of idiocy on this board is comical. Cohen disclosed 65,100 @ as of March 31, 2016, 1.2M shares as of June 30, 2016, and 2.97M shares as of August 12, 2016.  Point72's avg. price is approx $13-$14 USD minimum, possible as high as $15-$17 USD. Of course - a poster on a bullboard named "protrading" must have great words of wisdom to offer one of the most successful

Selling (look at the extreme volume in mid August, I bet he cut his loses and sold all) 2. Buying - but that would be a surprise because the "house of cards" just started to come down 3. Ah my apologies - when I said "idiocy" I assumed you at least understood something as simple as filing requirements. Maybe you should rethink posting so many times in public forums when you know so little.  Cohen owns over 5% of the O/S and cannot buy or sell without promply disclosing any such trades. GOT IT!  Point72 is likely net short on Concordia end of August!  Cohen went long at 5% owvership when apparently this garbage was "firing on all cylinders" and on missed guidance, SHORTED it without selling to hedge. How can one tell?  Look at the reported %Total Assets!!!!  It's 0% !!! So although funds don't have to disclose short positions they are
