That could explain why the posting are so well researched?  If you look up Cohodes' past, he is market smart and appears to want to do the right thing and "call it the way it is". He's an official stock critical and I hope he gets sued again, I'll make sure to research and shor that one.  That's why he's been selling and not buying. Seems others have been

Did you know that 1.5 billion dollar fund he ran went out of business? Or that they paid 5 million to overstock.com to settle a lawsuit. Research those to get a full picture. And Lattice is not cohodes but they are associated with one another

Regardless if these two are the same or not, the core observation I have is longs are attacking the messenger and not the message.  That's mistake #1 and will make you lose money. And do you know why the Cohode fund when out of business?  And do you have the facfts on the overstock settlement?
