Why don't Directors own shares?
There is one who held 1.3% of the company. The CEO actually now owns none?!! All transferred to that Ontario numbered company who is off-shore?
Other directors have no shares really. And we have investors here putting blinders one looking at just FCF which they seem to trust? Maybe if you knew what Directors know, you wouldn't be so quick to own either?

Tsx....I'm with you 100%....This is a good company! New products coming on line. Population ageing and will be needing more meds and products that Concordia has....They had a bad Q2 because of a one time write down on 2 drugs......potential merger or aquisition candidate...all bode well for CXR....I hope the shorters get their just rewards with an increase in the SP....GLTA

Another good question with no answer from the longs. And FCF is small, very small. Dues to the jacking up of AMCo prices just prior to sales to CXR. That CEO transfer to a non-arms length offshore company is really irritating. Is that legal?
