Wait for NR shortly..completion of notes offering..
I think they are going to continue with Strategic Review after that to see an equity stake as well. Lets see..I think shares are going to jump any time now...maybe next week..But after all tax loss selling is done, Insiders will start buying.

Your crystal ball may be broken or need servicing. You were pumping this for an $80 buyout when the stock was over $20.
