I would have pulled the DIR sell trigger yestedrday
Was a good resistance marker. $15 being the highest, but not likely since REITS have been flushed. That 200m in liquidity could have gone a long ways and be a great hedge if reits sink again (which they always do)

500k DIR units sold at 1:20PM (~20 minutes ago). I've watched DIR daily for a long time and large trades like this simply do not occur with any frequency except at market close. I have to think Dream Office is selling and good for them if they are!

Would be very welcomed news. Implied cap rates factoring in both Dream Office and DIR market unit prices is already very attractive at above 8%... to crystalize some of that value via DIR sales and use the proceeds to capitalize the business rather than plunge it into equity would be lovely for long-term patient investors here. Just my thoughts. Cheers and all the best.

Regardless, we shall find out if any DIR was sold when financials are released via subsequent events or earlier via press release.
