RE:Q1 earnings report!I just seen as well that we added about 12 million in debt! approx 22 centa per share in debt! like why issue the special dividend when all we are doing is adding debt!.
you would think that by issuing the dividend and special dividend management seen a big shift in revenue growth/profitability but we did not. why did the board approve of this? What the heck is management thinking? now we have enev more debt and interest expense..

i'm at a loss for words I really thought 2 years ago this management team is stellar by buying their main competitor... you would think that would give you a huge advantage in the margin department but now we have to exit lower margin business to just gain a few percentage points? I"m just so incredibly confused at this point with everything and not happy. I don't care if things go right or go wrong but to mislead investors is where I draw the line and at this point I feel like we have been misled.. (just go back to the last 4 quarters of presentations and tell me that you think management has been straight forward)
