What is the story here?

Hello everybody, I just found this stock and was amazed by the EPs/sp-ratio, which seems to be crazy undervalued, and I was wandering, what it was, that made that stock to a Pennystock? I assume something went very wrong in the past. Could anyone pls give me some background information to the Stock Price history? I suppose, the sp movement will attract some new faces here on the board, so maybe these information would be valuable for those, too. Thx.

At the moment more than 10k, but less than 100k. And you? And is it of any relevance?

Bloody co. took forever restructuring so there were years and years of "one-time" restructuring expenses. Now with the end in sight the cost savings from those restructurings will be felt on the bottom line.
