Spreadsheet now has DFN losing about  32 cents , so commons now have a value of $5.87
With the last trade @ 7.63 the premium is $1.76 or about  30%... Quadravest would be crazy not to drop  an offering on shareholders at these levels. This has been DFN strategy all along, do the offering at the highest possible price .premium.. not great for those buying in at a big premium, but great for those who are long from lower levels.
