Will they do one here? Premium certainly exists for it and the list of available candidates for Quadravest is shrinking.

POS said that as long as the preferred are below NAV, they cannot do an overnight offering.

Yes, I believe that is correct and they have been trading at a discount for awhile now. I was thinking of LBS which is still trading at a large premium and where the prefs are above $10
