DFN unit nav to Nov 30 = approx: $16.42 before dist.

Spreadsheet showing a gain of only 18 cents now,  and so the commons have a value of about $6.27 after distributions are paid to commons and preferreds.  Premium to day is $1.57 and that is one of the richest premiums again in the split fund arena. Works out to 25%.

Well my spreadsheet guesses this month end , are really all over the board. FTN i was a full 15 cents low, and now i see DFN guesstimate was 8 cents high. Quadravest reported the UNIT NAV @ $16.19 after distributions, and leaves the commons with a value of $6.19 after dist. 'Premium well over 25% AND GETTING RICHER, with ever trading session. ALL i can see is an offering coming next week.
