Dividend 15 Split Corp > NAV July 12

NAV July 12

~$14.95. The NAV now needs to rise ~0.4% for the next dividend payment.

I finally modified some of the weightings based upon the latest June update provided by Quadravest, and it had a marginally positive effect on the NAV. CI, which is up 4.4% since the last update, now has a higher weighting than EMA, which is down 2.2% over the same time frame.

I still have the UNIT NAV @ about $14.90 today, but i do indeed have different weightings than what was posted in FEB 2023.....  So still not quite there no matter which way you slice it. DFN needs to be above 15$ by friday....to pay to commons.

Havind said that, Quadravest is notorious for waiting a few days and could conceivably wait as late as the following Friday to declare their dividends. I would expect them to wait an extra day or two at least with the NAV ...more

Okay, so the NAVs will be updated next week to reflect the values as of Friday, July 14. However, Quadravest is likely to use a later updated value sometime next week if it conveniently results in a dividend declaration.
