Quadravest eager to payout
There are thousands of funds out there all competing for our investment dollars. As soon as this hits the trigger point at $15.01 or higher Quadravest will be eager to close out the month and issue a distribution. As we saw recently, the less likely they can pay, the more investors will sell and worst case for the managers they may be slow to come back even if the NAV is at a premium to the price such as LFE.

Because the market can only go up now, right?

Not my point at all. Just reitterating that it's in Quadravest's best interest to payout and will choose an an alternate print date IF the NAV is close to the $15 threshold. We expect that target day to be tomorrow but if they are close they will wait.

What about DGS. Will they pay dividend for the month of July ?

As of yesterday's close, they were still more than 1.8% below the payment target of $15.10. It seems quite unlikely that they will be able to pay out this month, but there is still a week of trading to get there and a lot can happen in that time frame.

Very bullish move up in the markets and a bit surprised they shrugged off another .25 % hike in rates. But really it was probably mostly baked into share prices at this time. Whether it continues up hard in the next week will be the question. DGS needs a pretty good move to get to the level needed, which is much higher than $15.01 required for DFN.
