The Divy and Yield on the Preferred is lagging behing behind many other Preferred shares Can this only be adjusted on the Renewal date, assuming its renewed? Thanks

Doesn't matter if it's renewed or not you're entitled to the $10 assuming the value is still there. I'm expecting it to trade back up to $10 in the market as it gets closer. Looking at past charts of preffered's that have drifted lower. The actual process of the fund buying you out I have not done personally

The yield on my FFN prefs was raised last year and it was not a renewal date. They review the rate every Sept. I am hoping we see another increase again this year. https://www.quadravest.com/_files/ugd/78f11d_c0b802fc81f14165b5ac863e075616a7.pdf The termination date is Dec 1/24 https://03fd212c-7b45-4409-b290-698c20089de1.filesusr.com/ugd/78f11d_cee20f5397aa4109ac9b6f7fea8d95da.pdf
