Correction today. Actually I prefer this action over the drip drip stuff. Get it over quick and get back in position for an increase in NAV and another dividend payout in June.

SO have the UNIT NAV up 7 cents since last thursday's update.. Tarding at a slight premium, before taking into account preferred payment coming up.

My spreadsheet showing a loss of 4 cents since last thursday. That values the DGS commons at $5.99 before distributions to preferreds. This month DGS will be paying to preferred share in JUNE. However

Yes indeed. Keep those div paying out and the NAV increasing. The premium is subject to investor sentiment which should eventually come round.
