Big Spring selloffs seem to hit in March (covid, financial crises). These were black swan events that bottomed in March. Not calling for anything close to that but we are getting a little top heavy

Ah i checked Brompton site and they used FEB 21 for all the split funds EXCEPT DGS, which is still listed as FEB 15.

I do believe they likely used the close yesterday or todays , for the updated numbers . Much the same as they did last year, altho it was a lot closer for DGS at that time. Brompton Funds

Already matching last year's distributions total. Won't be surprised if March brings us the typical Spring mayhem but overall this will easily surpass last year in payouts.

Top Lifeco holdings in DGS giving some back
IAG was down nearly 10% early on today, as something in the financials sppoked investors and excited shortsellers. MFC and SLF are selling off in sympathy it seems.

I think DFN has more % in banks than DGS. DGS with a much bigger % of the top ten with lifecos than banks. MFC would likley be the 4th biggest holding after the runup after Q results. IAG also
