DGS continues to trade @ NAv..
But the big question is why? Which split funds commons are doing the best? HINT.. its not DGS. FFN doing the best in 2025 so far, and even DF is a much better buy, with a discount of around 12 %

dgs unit nav to jan 10 = approx: 16.55
Showing a loss of 16 cents since the cloe thursday. Last sale @ $6.68 means DGS is trading at a premium, rare territory amongst split funds. The cushion above 15$ is shrinking...

DGS unit nav to Jann 08 = approx. $16.72
Showing a gain of 7 cents since the updated numbers to Jan 2 ..last trade @ 6.79 shows a premium again of 7 cents now , so very close to NAV.

DGS unit nav in realtime = $16.75 before dist.
Good news is that the NAVis heading north.. bad news is that it is still trading at a premium, and I believe the ONLY ONE in the split funds i follow.

DGS unit nav to DEC 23 = approx: $16.71
So that is before distributions, so after distributions the DGS commons carry a vaue of $6.61.. and that is very close to the same as DF.. which trades at a much better NAV valuation. However

It's not dependent upon the sell price. Its the u it nav has to stay above 15.

At what point (common shares) SP would stop the monthly dividencdesdividends? In other words, how low does ththe SP have to go for dividneds to stop? DGS has paid dividends for 12 consecutive months!
