NAV July 28

~$15.25. Capital shares are trading at a discount of ~$0.03.

I underestimated the closing value of BDIV yesterday, resulting in the NAV being two cents short of the actual value. We are in payment territory but there's plenty of time before the next announcement. I think it's very likely DGS makes the next payment.

In total agreement. Was not surprised with the selloff after the no dividend news came out. Actually, I didn't like the amount of speculation anyway. Too much overbuying and then a cliff like crash only benefits the fast draw day traders. Now DGS is in a better position to slowly build on their improving NAV.
