What was Mr Market saying before the fraud was exposed? Explain to me why DHT should be marked down 25% for a one-time event that has zero effect on assets and future prospects.

You are conflating market price with value. Isn't it better to take advantage of the weak hands by buying valuable assets at a discount?

The time not to buy is when you can't handle downside vol because you don't have $$$. I assume this is you.
