Yes, great call! Big pipeline, portfolio 'insulated' from potential tariffs, CEO taking 95% of comp in shares. Very positive message here.

Also, the CFO clarified that there were $3.9 million in unusual professional fees in the quarter related to the internalization. So I think RBC will back that out and say EBITDA was in-line with forecast for the quarter.
