Which House Doing Sharebuyback ?
Just curious that the share price would be very attractive to buying back shares.
At $27 less $15 for the dividend they are paying just $12 for the share .
Im buying a few more..

Must be Goldman as they crossed 256,000 shares at the close.

Pretty sure the buyback will start after the dividend is paid out. Some will sell on ex-dividend date to harvest a loss on the stock and that could put pressure on the price.

Also, for example TD has been cross feeding its clients to the tune of nearly 600,000 shares at a price that TD has arranged,,

You are correct. That would be automatic purchases during blackout periods. But, notice this statement.. In addition, Dorel may make, once per calendar week, a block purchase (as such term is defined in the TSX company manual) of shares not directly or indirectly owned by insiders of Dorel, in accordance with the policies of the TSX.
