Dividend of $10

In early 2022,Dorel will get net$735 US or $905m CDN.

They did say that they will give some back to the shareholders.How much is anybody's
guess.

Paying a special div. of $10 would cost only $325CDN leaving $580m for other purposes.

After paying the $10, the company's balance sheets with be net debt free.

While in the stock market,nothing is a no brainer, this situation is very compelling to me.

I truly beleive that this is a $40+ stck in 2022

They can certainly afford it and, as well, resume the normal dividend of $0.30 per quarter . Personally, I think these bolt ons are being acquired to spruce up the remains two divisions for sale ..
