I've been saying this this for a few quarters, (and we specifically debated me saying they could raise to 24 cents between 6-9 months ago), I acknowledged I was ahead of the payout numbers at the time, but it's pretty much played out as I expected and projected and hasn't mattered had they done it then or if they do in a few quarters from now, as you said the market hasn& ...more

Well said, and I agree on the flip thing, not going to lie this shows up on my activity list at least 6 times a week. It's just to easy to buy 5-8k and resell it but that could be a risky proposition now when trying to re enter. I'd say we should float around 3 now for sure.
