Technical break out +12% today

They will release year end financials next week, Q4 revenue +20% and company will show a profit, first time in quite a while. Looks like they've straightened up the balance sheet with rights offering and buying back debentures. 2024 should be a great year for the company which has traded over $6.00 in the past.
