Common Nav $7.54 with Market @ $8.02 gives a Premium of .48 or 6.36%... No Threshold to meet !! pays Div of .0728 monthly for a Yield of 11,3 %.... Steady Eddie from Quadravest, but Liquidity is shallow with scant Volume.... maybe a Safe Harbour Div Payer for troubled Times?!
