Permitting?

Does anyone have even an inkling when the permitting process will commence?Talk is cheap and i think all concerned  would like the Mexican Guv to walk the walk and actually begin granting permits.

There won't be any permit issued before q3/q4 2025 imo.

Porc really? You don't think Claudia will have to demonstrate Mexico wants foreign investment til q3. I would wager there will be at least some permits before q1. Maybe not ours but ones that have been waiting for years. When that first company is permitted all the companies stocks will shoot up and when we actually get our enviro permit ours will shoot up again. By then Silver should be just ...more

I am referencing the time period when dev might get their permit not when Claudia will issue the first permit in general, that likely will be earlier and for an UG mine. For dsv I don't see it happening before end of next year. That would be the best case imo.

Some reasons include: Economic Factors: If a project is seen as economically beneficial or strategically important (e.g., for job creation or resource supply), regulators might expedite the permitting process. Established Processes: Open-pit mining operations may have more standardized permitting processes in ...more

Looks like copy paste from ChatGPT. It's obvious that open pit will receive a permit later than if and only for an existing concession and with a bit of luck. Everything has to be perfect. End of next year is therefor a best case scenario considering that it also would be a policy change to almo who hasn't issued any permits.

It seems that sentiment has turned and she has a much more pragmatic and realistic and open minded view of the economy, green transition, and mining in general, and judging by the headlines, it shows. By the way under AMLO,   The Los Cardones Project: Initially permitted before AMLO's presidency, this project faced scrutiny but continued under existing permits.  The Boleo ...more

I've been following you a while and your opinion does not make sense. Stay with the facts or name me a source.  Or do you want to create panic to take a larger position?
