A beat....sortof

So a one time even in the BC modular housing front....

And without that onetime charge, a beat of estimates

So, not bad....

But the fact that their quotations didn't include inflationary price protection - well that makes me wince as that is imo just best practice - oh well....dividend only a few weeks away, and I'm here for the divy...

The 100% upside in share price, well that's just a bonus
