Don't Cry for Robert Maier
As per his LinkedIn page he has been on the job at DYA for almost 5 years.
He's had at least 4 product launches and not a single success among them.
Nearly 5 years of Payroll Expense and not a thing to show for it.
Speaking of social media......Check out his twitter posts this month. The majority relate to a company called SPS Technology....a company that according to his Linkedin Profile shows him as still there in an executive capacity....
So here we are..... dynaCERT terminates Maier just before midnight....TERMINATES! Nothing wishy washy about that......
Except to say that the news release did not indicate that he resigned or was removed from the Board of Directors. If not, why not? I certainly hope that they cancel whatever options and such he would be in line to receive for 2021?
Expect that news release in the next day or so.
So..... was it termination for cause? Did he have an employment agreement? Was there a termination agreement? If he was terminated without cause (as defined in law) then get ready for another lawsuit! If he just quit.... they would have used the word resigned..... so that is unlikely.
What is behind the termination?
A lot of pressure from shareholders, including those institutions Payne keeps bragging about?
A lot of pressure from Sprott?
What else does this termination tell us?
Could it be that the last batch of widgets that left the building do not work? Did they fail to bench test them before they left? Whatever the reason, the COO is the natural fall guy right?
Anyone care to hazard a guess as to who is next?

I will bet he is under a NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT that is linked to a severance package..... Probably spent all day yesterday on the negotiations of that little darling...... which is why the announcement was so late in the day....

Point taken, but none of the other NDA's had dollar signs attached to staying mum. I think they call it buying silence until whatever is revealed is irrelevant. Standard operating procedure. So don't hold your breath...

If termination was due to an activity of the type that it caused damage to the Company financially or otherwise they would need to disclose it.....
