One thing about horses, they won't put up with BS, the probability of this guy being a scammer is much more unlikely do to the fact he worked with horses. Horses won't work with BS, you can try but no way to go to Championships with horses BS ing. I would put him as a quality person and it's most likely if In Fact he was dealing with horses and more so at a championship level
