I could get arrested!

I could get arrested!for stealing shares today at these prices....the RSI is now $29.19

I know the volume is very low and that works in my favor...but who are these crazy people that at selling their shares so cheap and going to buy GICS likely

The next quarterly is Nov 14 and the company still has a normal course issuer bid for shares
