RSI is 28.23looks like a mini shorter is in play here and with limited volume they are flexing their muscles....just makes the buy value even better

its only traded about 14000 shares....peanuts!

strong hearts are buying up the cheapies and the faint of heart are checking out GIC rates.....lol!
