RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:They will take the company PRIVATEHe does not have to....as majority shareholder he can just sit back and watch and carnage and accumulate shares in the open market 

In fact that is likely what he will do....just buy cheap on the market day after day after day....why would he pay $2 when he can get the shares for 75 cents to a $1.00

His only motivation to pay up to entice the minority shareholders to tender is so that he does not have to deal with all the baggage that comes with being a public company and the quarterly accountability
