BMO bulding in caution
ECN Capital (TSE:ECN) had its price target lowered by analysts at BMO Capital Markets from C$2.60 to C$2.00. This represents a 9.3% upside from the current price of C$1.83.

Hence the CFO is "stepping down". Any company caught wth their pants down when ineterst rates went up has no one to blame as this was telegraphed months in advance.

52 week low of $1.60 was hit early in the day and the stock was unchanged with 2,265,600 shares trading on all Canadian exchanges. Maybe the bell was rung?

Yes, there have been incentive shares issued to Hudson but remember Hudson distributed $7.50 to all shareholders from the Service Finance sale so he has already done pretty good with those shares

The inability to spin out or to sell the RV/Marine business is really deflating. Is it possible that Hudson will retire at the end of the year and just hand over ECN as is to another CEO? I
