It was similar to when shareholders where in disbelief that they actually did it after top-line #'s slowly sunk in, and so they started double checking that the ip-rights were all in order, which of course they are to the most utmost degree.
Just the patents on the manufacturing process alone will protect her for 2 decades if not more, and that's if a copycat could even figure out the insane manufacturing process to begin with. Oh and after that, they'd have to run phase 3 trials to prove that it's perfectly comparable to Toraymyxin.
I like looking at the direction of the wind, by looking at the "3 Month Closes" tab on Stockwatch, to me she's temporarily been range bound by $1.70 if you need to unload a slug, and $1.75 if you're wanting to add another slug, we'll see how long she graze's here.
