Nibbling today

Nibbling today I've been nibbling today on some shares. Not sure how a company for giant unmet need that just finished a trial with 3x the FDA threshold for approval is trading at these levels. Not sure who'd be selling here? Thoughts? Shenanigans by CG /Vantive?
