As everyone knows a declining wedgie consolidation pattern within a LT rising trend line is quite bullish.  Just awaiting the catalyst for the next upleg. Perhaps Sept enrollment numbers ? Perhaps news on the Baxter / Carlyle deal ? Or just the inexorable transition towards the endgame.

Anyway Spammeguy knows all about declining wedgies from his childhood.... and can probably provide more colour  ( not that I'll see it)
