what is going on?for two days now the number of shares traded are well over 1 mill and yet not much of a change in price!am i missing something?

My charts show a fairly steady accumulation over the last 12 months.  It is gnenrally considered bullish if there is accumulation and the share price remains fairly constant or even decreases a little bit as it has. If this is indeed bullish (and who knows with technical analysis on penny stocks), then I don't foresee any major movement until Madagascar starts issuing mining permits to ...more

He probably went there for some permit 'stuff.'  You never know what the ministry will request.  Whatever the case, I'm glad he's on top of it.
